The head bartender at Junior, a tequila-centric “pocket bar” at Tanjong Pagar, Peter Chua recently clinched both the Singaporean and Southeast Asian championships of the Diplomático World Tournament cocktail competition, and placed fourth in the global finals.
Born and bred in SG, Peter earned a Hotel Administration degree from the University of Nevada, in 2013. His fave thing about living here? “Everything! I use our cultural diversity as an inspiration for lot of my work.
Skinny’s Lounge is a fave bar for most bartenders, Peter shares. “It smashes out craft beers and quality spirits whilst blasting hits from the ‘90s and 2000s.”
